Aira Estate is a tea-estate management platform designed to connect field activity, plucking and weighment, workforce and payroll, factory production, inventory, sales and financial reporting. Instead of keeping separate records for every department, the goal is a connected view of your estate.
Can it work with poor garden connectivity?
Offline-friendly field entry is part of the platform's proposed workflow. Capture attendance and plucking in the garden, then sync when connectivity returns. Supported devices, sync behavior and any deployment constraints will be confirmed during your demo.
How are wages linked to plucking?
Attendance and worker-wise weighment records support wage calculation and plucking incentives. Payroll can also account for rations, provident fund and statutory benefits. Estate-specific wage rules and current legal requirements should be configured and reviewed by your authorized team.
Is this suitable for more than one estate?
